You can sign in as Company or Caller to create service tickets.

If you are the only one creating tickets, sign in as Company. It's easier because you can manage Drivers and Vehicles as well. But if you are a part of a team that creates service tickets for same company, sign in as Caller.

Note : The default sign in box is 'Sign in as caller', Click 'Sign in as Company' to sign in as Company.
